Summer 2024 TrYBBE and PreURP Program

This summer, GyeongEon and Minju joined our lab for the TryBBE Program. GyeongEon, assisted by Alief, conducted various experiments to make high quality crRNAs while Minju, assisted by Seoyeong, experimented on droplet-based CRISPR-Cas13 reactions.
Moreover, our lab hosted 5 high school students from across Korea in the PreURP Program. Yujin and Seokwon assisted them to do research on the topic of "Identification of RNA Biomarkers for CRISPR Diagnostics"
