Project Scope

  • Engineer Cas13a variants to advance point-of-care CRISPR diagnostics.

  • Develop and optimize iterative cloning and purification pipelines for protein variants, guided by structural insights.

  • Integrate state-of-the-art AI prediction tools to accelerate protein engineering efficiency.
