Seong Yun, our winter 2024 TryBBE intern, did presentation about his research in our lab today (2024/02/07). He gave talk about CRISPR-Cas 13 protein purification by utilizing Cytiva AKTA Pure FPLC Machine.
He alongside Seokwon initiated our lab effort to purify our own Cas13 protein in house.
